Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Orals Coach (operated by Pursue SEO) collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. We built the Service for competition-sensitive material, and this policy reflects that posture.

What we collect

Account data: your email address and sign-in activity. Customer Content: documents you upload (RFPs, proposals, rules of engagement, slide decks), rehearsal recordings or transcripts, and the analysis generated from them. Billing data: credit purchases and balances — payment card details are collected and processed by Stripe and never touch our systems. Operational data: logs of AI processing (model, timing, token counts) used for cost accounting and debugging.

How we use it

Solely to provide the Service: transcribing rehearsals, extracting evaluation criteria, scoring coverage, generating coaching and practice questions, checking consistency against your written proposal, and verifying compliance rules. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your content for advertising or to train AI models.

Subprocessors

We use a small set of infrastructure providers to operate the Service: Supabase (database and authentication), Anthropic (AI analysis; configured for zero data retention), Deepgram (speech transcription), Voyage AI (semantic search embeddings), and Stripe (payments). Each receives only the data required for its function.

Security

Proposal document text is encrypted at rest with per-organization keys in addition to infrastructure-level encryption. Access is isolated per organization. Data in transit is protected by TLS. See our security documentation for the full data-flow description.

Retention and deletion

Customer Content is retained until you delete it. Deleting a pursuit permanently removes all of its data and produces a verifiable deletion receipt you can retain for your records. To close your account and delete remaining data, contact us at the address below.

Cookies

We use only functional cookies: authentication session cookies and a theme preference. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are used.

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. Contact us and we will honor applicable requests.
